Bankruptcy Update
The session will examine the current state of consumer bankruptcy and how it continues to impact credit unions in Iowa. This session will also focus on bankruptcy recovery and loss reduction program and is constantly updated to reflect a rapidly changing legislative agenda.

INSTRUCTORS
David Reed
David, founder of CU Doctor, is an author, consultant, and nationally recognized speaker. He has nearly two decades of collections and bankruptcy experience representing both debtors and creditors. He is a former bankruptcy attorney, vice president, and general counsel for a large credit union.
