The IRA Essentials Workshop will give you a solid foundation of IRA knowledge. Exercises are included throughout the day to help you apply information to job-related situations. You'll leave this session able to work with IRA owners and process basic IRA transactions with confidence. This is a beginner's session; no previous IRA knowledge is assumed.
The Advanced IRA Issues Workshop builds on the your knowledge of IRA basics to help you address some of the more complex IRA issues you'll handle at your credit union. The trainers will use real-world exercises to help you apply information to job-related situations.
Please bring a hand-held calculator. Registration is 8:30–9:00 a.m. and a networking lunch will be provided noon–1:00 p.m. Sessions end for the day at 4:30 p.m.

INSTRUCTOR Chad Neumann, IRA Training Consultant, is responsible for conducting IRA training programs, at the national level, to meet the needs of credit unions and leagues. Chad is the Project Manager for IRA Supertrain®. In addition, Chad is also a part of numerous project teams that propose form revisions and IRAdirect® changes.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on October 27, 2008 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after October 27, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
