Registration is $399 per attendee or $369 each for multiple attendees from the same credit union. To receive the multiple attendee discount, all registrations must be processed in the same order.

INSTRUCTORS
Joshua currently serves as legal counsel at Veridian Credit Union, in Waterloo Iowa, with a primary focus on consumer collection issues and regulatory compliance. Upon graduation from law school, Joshua served as a compliance analyst for PolicyWorks, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Jessica works for the Iowa Attorney General's Office as an assistant attorney general and the deputy administrator of the Iowa Consumer Credit Code. Prior to working for state government, Jessica was a litigator for the Minneapolis-based firm Dorsey & Whitney.

Jonathan is a managing partner of Constangy, Brooks & Smith located in Macon, Georgia. He has significant experience with credit unions, representing credit unions throughout the state of Georgia and working with CUNA throughout the United States. Jonathan also has the distinction of being one of a select number of attorneys authorized in Georgia to represent the insureds of CUNA Mutual.

This conference is beneficial for credit union directors interested in learning about the most pressing topics in the current legislative and regulatory environment.

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was February 7, 2012. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost.
